This course was designed for undergraduate students of the Faculty of Food Biotechnologies and Engineering, ITMO University (Saint Petersburg, Russia). The course is focused on the competences which are the most necessary for the students in their future careers. The needs analysis showed that students of faculty departments can be taught using the same syllabus as they will need to acquire similar competences.
